We are looking for an experienced neurologist to strengthen our team in neurological care. Are you a specialist doctor passionate about helping patients with neurological diseases? Then this could be the position for you!

Role as a Specialist doctor at Värnamo Hospital

As a specialist doctor in neurology, you will work with a diverse patient group and provide specialist care for neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, migraine and various nerumuscular diseases. You will be part of multidisciplinary team where collaboration and quality are the focus.

The Medicine and Geriatrics Clinic is the largest clinic at Värnamo Hospital, encompassing many specialties under one roof. Our care units are focused on different specialties such as neurology, cardiology, hematology, geriatrics, gastroenterology, nephrology and edocrinology. Our facilities are well-designed and modern, ensuring a patient-centered approach. You will work alongside both experienced colleagues and new team members, all of whom are highly dedicated.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

· Specialist training in neurology

· Documented experience in neurological care

· Strong communication and collaboration skills

· The ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

As a person you are secure in your knowledge and competence, are not afraid to make your own decisions and take responsibility for your tasks. A great emphasis is placed on personal suitability for the position.

Our Offer to You

We offer you a varied role at a smaller hospital where all the expertise is close at hand. You will enjoy favorable working hours, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30. Standard on-call duties are included in the position. This is a permanent full-time position.
